The Les Castors Corsican campsite, located on the seashore of Calvi in Haute-Corse, is open 6 months of the year from April to October, both during and outside school holidays.

We have studios, apartments and homes available, and you can stay for the whole week or just the weekend.

You have a wide range of choices to fit your desires, needs, and budget.
You can opt for renting an apartment or studio in Corsica next to a shaded park and the sea.
A furnished apartment will bring you all the comfort you want. With a surface area of 18 m² to 36 m², our accommodations are designed for couples, families or groups.
If you prefer a villa, we have a 60 m2 house available, with two single beds, a double bed and a pull-out sofa. You will stay in a quiet and calm location, right next to the Calvi citadel. Nearby, you can soak up the sun in a private garden and then go inside the air conditioned house to cool off.

Your desires are oriented towards the traditional house?

The house is about 2 kilometers from downtown and the Les Castors campsite. It is in a residential area, and you will have access to the kitchen, living room with couch that pulls out into a double bed and to the campsite’s services.
A badge will be provided to you upon arrival.
As for the apartments that we rent, you can make delicious meals with the luxury appliances. You can park in the secured and private lot.
The campsite’s services and activities are included in the price of the rental.

Mobile home rental is available at the Les Castors campsite as well as the International Campsite right next door. They have everything you need, from the kitchen to the living room to the bedrooms for families of 4-6.
All rentals have reversible air conditioning, so you can come any time of year.
There is a terrace with tables and chairs alongside the mobile home and you can park your vehicle right near your accommodation.
You will have all the comforts of home and, in addition, the joy of being closer to nature, the fun evening events, and the campsite’s services and activities at Les Castors and the International Campsite.

The services offered by the campsites

We would all love to spend a holiday in Corsica and work on our well-being. We at “Les Castors” know it and that’s why we offer many of our services. Communication, safety and hygiene are the basis of all that we offer. Showers and toilets are cleaned at least once per day. Cleanliness is always comforting! A laundry room is available on site. So you can do your laundry and dry it in the same place and fold it a few hours later.

Proposed activities at the campsite

Meanwhile, you can enjoy the activities offered at the campsite, under the sun or in the shade of the pine forest. For young children, and babies in particular, you can change them in the “nursery”. We provide all necessary accessories. All you need is your diapers and cleansing milk. We all “need” our internet every day to work or look things up. Wifi is available.

Secure campsite

For those who like to send postcards, a shuttle to the post office runs every day, so your mail will be sent out daily. Ensuring your safety is our priority. How do we do it? We have a badge system for entry that you receive upon arrival, and we have cameras installed. A night guard (three in July and August) patrols the premises. All around the pool and other play areas are secured and a parking lot is available for those who come back after 11:00 PM.

Activities inside and outside the campsite

Due to the location of the Campsite Les Castors, the practice of different sports is possible. Thus, you can do tennis, horse riding, squash and others near the campsite, several hiking trails await you for outdoor trips.
Whether you are beginner or experienced, you will always find a way that tempts you. Put on good shoes and discover a fauna and flora that are still unknown to you. During your walks, you will discover forgotten Corsican villages, such as Corbara, San-Antonino or Pigna in Haute-Corse.
Finally, the sea being very close to the campsite, you can also introduce you to scuba diving, sliding sports or simply swimming. Do not hesitate to visit Calvi, this town in which a sports complex is open. Covered, you will indulge in sports activities away from the weather.

Several events and festivities are organized in Corsica in this region, to the delight of all campers who can go out and see the holidays in the village, as well as treat their taste buds with local culinary specialties.

It was in 1987 that the campsite Corse Les Castors obtained its second star, to the greatest pride of those in charge of the campsite.
Motivated and enthusiastic, they undertook to make repairs and improvements in their campsite.
Their investment paid off, since in 1999, a third star was awarded to them.
With this experience and this evolution, the campground continues to increase its number of campers and decides to expand its capacity.
In 2000, pitches for bungalows and mobile homes are now happy for more and more holidaymakers.
The pool is rebuilt, the aquatic complex is born.
The infrastructures present on the site are constantly evolving, developing and improving. In 2012, the campsite “Les Castors” will be rewarded with a fourth star.
